The focus is on the direct exploration of our experience in the light of non-duality. We explore the beliefs and the feelings that make up separation and we engage in yogic exercises that can help release the separation that is held at the body level. The meeting consists of guided meditations and satsang (questions and answers addressed to Magdi).
